South Dakota Right to Life and other organizations fight to keep abortion LEGAL! They believe that the path forward is to make abortion unthinkable and then people will stop having abortions. They believe that the mother is ALWAYS a victim and should NEVER be held accountable for the murder of her babies especially when she becomes the abortionist by taking abortion pills.

Earlier in 2026, a bill was put forward in the South Dakota legislature to abolish abortion by giving unborn babies Equal Protection by giving them Equal Justice. This means the babies would get the same justice you and me would get if we were murdered. It would criminalize abortion equally. Even if the mother became the abortionist by taking pills. South Dakota Right to life as well as the Alpha Center and others fought this and got the bill taken down.

Other states who have put forward bills to abolish abortion have been fought as well by state and federal “pro-life” organizations. In fact, there was an open letter drafted and signed by these organizations that is used to fight abolition. We will continue to fight against these ungodly organizations to abolish abortion to the Gory of God!
